Edward McGarr, Solicitor

Edward McGarr is a graduate of University College Dublin and, following practice at the bar, qualified as a solicitor in 1979. He is the author of Deadly Wages: Irish Work Hazards, a study of the Irish Health and Safety regime in the workplace.

Simon McGarr, Solicitor

Simon McGarr is a graduate of UCD and GMIT. Prior to entering the legal profession he worked in the public sector. Simon concentrates on Civil and Commercial litigation matters. He has particular experience in the areas of IP and internet law and is regularly called on to comment in the media.

Dervila McGirr, Solicitor

Dervila McGirr is a graduate of UCD. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Prior to entering the legal profession she worked for several years for a US Multinational company where she gained extensive commercial experience. She also worked in the aviation sector. Her previous work experience has been a distinct advantage in understanding the business needs of our clients. Since joining McGarr Solicitors she has concentrated on Litigation, family law and Commercial and Residential Conveyancing.
